Each barn is a 28 stall barn, and has a 36’ x 180’ main section with two 36’ x 36’ wings. Just inside the front entry is a 12’ x 24’ office. Three tack rooms provide 576 sq. ft of tack inventory. The hayloft has over 2100 sq ft of floor space. It has a ‘Cross-Flow’ breezeway where horses and riders can enter and exit through six 12’ x 9’ breezeway sliding doors or through one of the 28 Dutch door turnouts. The 276’ of 12’ wide breezeway provides generous space for horses and riders to travel uninhibited. All stalls are 12’ x 12’ and each one has a swing-out feeder and automatic watering system that ensures fresh water at all times. All stalls have heavy duty galvanized stall fronts, chew protection, solid rubber stall mats and Dutch door turnouts. Each stall in our personal barns are assigned a number and that number corresponds with the tack room.
